Charles, a lifelong resident of San Marcos, Texas, is a dominant force in the tournament trails of Central and South Texas. His impressive record speaks for itself, with two Angler of the Year titles and one runner-up, along with countless tournament wins and twice as many 2nd and 3rd place finishes. His most impressive streak occurred during the 2006-2007 seasons when he was crowned the best one-on-one angler in the State of Texas, followed by a record-breaking win on Choke Canyon with five bass weighing over 45 pounds.
